FEES & SERVICES

 

All fees are negotiable with the client.  They will be based on;

 

• The amount of work undertaken.

• The complexity of the work.

 

ICCARUS Ltd will agree the fee with the client prior to any work being undertaken.  A summary of any such agreement will be signed by both parties prior to any work being undertaken.  ICCARUS Ltd will work with the client to ensure that the services are provided in the most cost effective way for the client.

 

ICCARUS Ltd will invoice the client once the work has been completed.

 

Expenses

 

All reasonable expenses will be billed to the client.  Such expenses may include;

 

• Overnight accommodation

• Travel costs

• Sustenance costs

 

All expenses will be itemised and included in the invoice along with copies of receipts where appropriate.

 

All invoices are payable by the client within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
